methoxymethyl acrolein - Production method
the preparation method is to heat paraformaldehyde, dibutylamine, sulfuric acid and methanol to reflux in sequence, slowly add acrolein dropwise, continue to reflux for 5 min, directly evaporate excess methanol under reduced pressure, add a small amount of polymerization inhibitor to stabilize the residue in the bottle, and distill methoxymethacrolein at 40~62 ℃/10 kPa.
